Simple Healthy Dinner Idea
If you are making a great recipe that everyone (or at least most) in your household enjoys, double the quantity. It really doesn’t require that much extra work – especially since you have all of the ingredients out anyway.
Freeze the extra portion.
Better yet, freeze the extra portion in an aluminum pan. Cover the pan with aluminum foil. Use a piece of masking tape to create a label with the recipe title and place it on top of the aluminum foil.
The next time that you really, really, really don’t feel like cooking you will have a yummy and nutrition meal ready to pop in the oven. If you use an aluminum foil pan, you will not have to scrub any pots afterwards
