How to Eat More Veggies
So, are you trying to figure out how to eat more veggies? If you or members of your family are trying to eat more veggies, here is a simple way to make that happen.
This is how to eat more veggies. Each night at dinnertime, cut up an array of fresh vegetables. (I know that this sounds like a lot of trouble, but believe me, it only takes 5 minutes.) Set them out on a cutting board, plate or whatever other display mechanism you choose. Place a bottle (or bottles) of the favorite salad dressing(s) next to the fresh veggies. Make sure that everything is set out where all members of the household can reach. Place a sample or two on everyone’s plate – not too much.
You will be surprised at how quickly the veggies disappear when they are not jammed down one’s throat!!!
This is the method that we use to display and grab the veggies at dinnertime in our house. See? It is easy and not fancy at all! You can do it too!
